We’ve been here at B-433 in Peenya Industrial Area 1st Stage for a while now. If you walk around this part of Bangalore, you know it's all about metal and machines. Our shop is usually pretty loud because the CNC machines are running most of the day. It’s not a fancy office by any means. We just have our floor space and the tools we need to get through the work orders. Some days are busier than others, and sometimes the power acts up, but that’s just how it goes in an industrial area. People who work here mostly live nearby or take the bus in every morning. It’s a lot of oil on the hands and checking measurements over and over. We don't really do much in the way of big meetings. Usually, we just talk over the sound of the machines or grab some tea outside the gate when there’s a break. The scrap metal piles up in the corner until the truck comes to clear it out. We keep things pretty straightforward. It’s just us doing what we know how to do with the equipment we have on hand. There isn't much to see if you aren't interested in how parts get made. We just open up early, get the machines warmed up, and keep things moving until it’s time to lock up the shutters and head home for the evening. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do here in Peenya.
