You’ll find us in the Peenya Industrial Area. Specifically, Unique Instruments & Manufactures P. is at 423, 11th Cross, on the 3rd Main. Peenya is a huge place, and it can be easy to get lost if you don't know the cross streets well. We’ve been here in this unit for quite some time. It’s a manufacturing hub, so it’s always busy with trucks and the sound of machines. Our facility isn't a showroom. It’s a working factory floor where we make instruments. There’s a lot of metal and the smell of cutting oil in the air most days. We are a small group of workers and technicians. We don't have a big corporate ladder or anything. If there’s a problem, we just stand around the bench and figure it out together. The building is functional and a bit grey, but it serves its purpose. We don't really bother with trying to sound like a giant multinational. We’re just a local manufacturing outfit trying to make decent products that don't break. 11th Cross is a busy little stretch, and we’re right in the thick of it. We like the atmosphere here because everyone is just trying to get their work done. We do our best to keep things running smoothly and stay on schedule. It’s a plain, honest way to make a living, and we’ve been at 423 for many years now.
