Uma Enterprises is situated at 34 Begur Road, specifically near Kkanahalli Road. We are at the Begur Road Cross, tucked right behind the Essae Industrial Estate. Being near an industrial estate means there are always trucks and tempos moving around. Our place is basically a warehouse and a small office space. We deal with supplies and trading of various goods. It’s a lot of lifting boxes, checking invoices, and making sure the inventory is right. The location is practical for us because we are close to our suppliers and the main transport routes. The office part is just a couple of desks and a phone that never stops ringing. We don’t have any decorations on the walls. It’s all very functional. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three deliveries arrive at the same time and we don't have enough space to put everything inside. We just make it work. The staff here is used to the pace. We know the Begur Road area like the back of our hands. It’s not a glamorous business, but it’s an essential one. We help other businesses get what they need so they can keep their operations running. Most of our days are spent coordinating between people who have stuff and people who need stuff. It’s a busy, dusty, and honest way to spend the day in this part of town. There is always someone coming in to pick something up or drop something off. We keep it going even when the power goes out.
