Udupi Residency

Our place is at 78/1 in Thavarakere, and most people find us by looking for the Oracle building across the street. It’s a handy location if you have work over there or just need a place to stay in this part of town. We keep the rooms simple and clean because that’s what most of our guests are looking for. It isn’t a five-star hotel with a bunch of fancy extras, just a straightforward residency. The lobby is small and we usually have someone at the desk round the clock. Thavarakere gets pretty busy during the day with all the office traffic, so there is always something happening outside. We see a lot of people coming in for short stays or business meetings nearby. The rooms have the basics like a bed and a fan or AC, nothing over the top. We’ve been here for a while now and the building has some age to it, but we try to keep things in working order. Sometimes the street noise comes in, but that’s just life in this area. We don't serve big buffet meals, but there are plenty of small eateries right outside our door. It is a practical spot for someone who needs to be near the IT hubs without paying too much. We just focus on giving people a key and a quiet enough place to sleep for the night so they are ready for the next day.
