We are located at units E9 through E12 in the industrial complex at MM Nagar. It’s a big space because the work we do with fuel systems requires a lot of room for the machinery and the parts. Working out here in MM Nagar is different from being in the city. It’s all about the industrial vibe. Our floor is made of solid concrete and it’s stained here and there with oil, which is expected in our line of work. We have rows and rows of metal racks holding all the components. There isn’t much in the way of decoration. We just have some functional desks in the corner for the paperwork. The air is always filled with the hum of the machines and the smell of metal. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we have a good rhythm. We don't have a corporate office with carpets or fancy lights. We just have our workstations and our tools. It gets very hot during the middle of the day, but we just keep going. We don’t spend time on meetings or big speeches. We just check the specs, run the machines, and make sure the fuel systems are built the way they should be. It’s honest, manual work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’re just a group of people doing a technical job in a big industrial shed.
