You can find us at 235 Rajajinagar, up on the second floor. We are tucked away on 53rd B Cross, 17th D Main, right in the 3rd Block. It’s a bit of a specific spot, especially being behind the BWSSB building. People sometimes take a wrong turn trying to find us the first time. We handle different kinds of services here, mostly paperwork and helping people get things sorted out. The office isn't very big. There are a few desks, some chairs for people to wait in, and a lot of files. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or typing away at the computers. It gets quite busy in the afternoons when everyone finishes their own work and stops by. We’ve been in Rajajinagar for a bit now. It’s a good neighborhood with lots of houses and small offices nearby. The stairs up to the second floor are a little narrow. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the entrance. Most of the people who come to us are locals who live nearby or found us through a friend. We try to be helpful and get the tasks done without making things too complicated. It’s just us here, doing the work and keeping things organized. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of tea, but we manage just fine.
