Tropical Medicine

Tropical Medicine is situated at No. 206 on 15th B Cross, 11th B Main. We are located west of Chord Road in the Mahalakshmipuram area. It is a fairly quiet residential part of Bangalore which we actually quite enjoy. Our shop is not very big but it is packed with everything we need to run the business. We have been here for a good number of years now. Inside you will find shelves full of medicines and a couple of old chairs for when we need a break. It is not a fancy place and we don't have any of those modern glass partitions or bright neon lights. We just have a simple sign outside. Mahalakshmipuram has a nice feel to it and the people around here are mostly long-term residents. We see the same people going for their morning walks or heading to the local markets. Our daily work is pretty routine. We check the stock, answer the phone and help out anyone who walks in. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts which can be a bit of a pain but we have a small backup to keep the lights on. We don't use any complicated marketing talk. We are just a small local pharmacy trying to do a decent job for the neighborhood. It is a steady life and we are happy to be tucked away on our little cross road near Chord Road.
