Trio World Academy

Sahakar Nagar is a nice area, and we’ve been on 3/5 Kodigehalli Main Road for a good stretch of time. The road out front gets quite a lot of traffic, especially with people cutting through to get to the main highway. We’ve got a mix of old trees and new buildings around us. The school itself is a busy place from about seven in the morning. We don’t have a lot of fancy airs about us. We’re just here doing the job. You’ll find the staff drinking tea in the breakroom before the kids show up, talking about the commute or the weather. The building has some age to it, which we actually like. It feels solid. We spend a lot of our time on maintenance, making sure the lights work and the courtyard is clean. Sahakar Nagar has that residential feel where people actually know their neighbors, and we try to stay part of that. It’s a practical environment. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just open the gates, teach the classes, and handle whatever problems pop up during the day. Sometimes it's a leaky tap, sometimes it's a flat tire on a bus. It’s just the reality of running a school in a busy part of Bangalore. We keep the kettle on and the desks straight, and that's about it.
