We are based at D-61 in Sai Garden, which is in the Yeshwantpur area, specifically near Pimple Saudagar. Our work is all about logistics, which basically means a lot of paperwork and phone calls to keep track of goods moving around. The office is a bit messy with delivery notes and files piled up on the desks. We have a small crew here and everyone knows their role. It isn't a fancy setup. We deal with truck drivers coming in from all over. Sometimes they have trouble finding the exact spot in Sai Garden, so we spend a lot of time giving directions over the phone. We don't have a big marketing department or a corporate image. We just focus on making sure the items we are responsible for get delivered. It can be stressful when a shipment is delayed or a vehicle breaks down on the highway. We drink a lot of tea and just keep going. The neighborhood is a mix of residential and commercial, so we try to keep the noise down when the big trucks arrive late at night.
