Transport House

We set up Transport House at No.57/58 on 2nd Cross in Kalasipalyam because this is really the heart of where things move in the city. If you walk down our street, you’ll see plenty of other businesses doing similar things, but we’ve carved out our own little corner here. The building itself is an older one, but it serves us well for keeping our records and meeting with the drivers when they get back. Most of our day is spent on the phone or shouting over the noise of the trucks outside to get everything organized. It is a gritty job sometimes, dealing with grease, dust, and the constant smell of diesel, but it is what we know how to do. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. It is just a few of us who have been in the transport game for years. We’ve had our ups and downs like any local business, but we keep showing up every morning ready to work. We know the 2nd Cross area like our own backyard. Sometimes the traffic is so backed up we can't even get a truck out of the street, so we just sit and wait it out with a cup of tea. It's not a glamorous life, but it’s practical and it pays the bills. We make sure the goods get where they are supposed to go, and that is about the long and short of it for us here in Kalasipalyam.
