We set up our office at No.102 on Gangadhar Chetty Road, which is right near Ulsoor Lake. It is a nice part of town, though the road gets very congested during the peak hours. We do express delivery and transport from here. The building is just a regular one, and our space is filled with boxes and packages waiting to be sorted. Being near the lake is nice for a walk during lunch, but mostly we are too busy to notice. We have a small fleet and a few guys who handle the local routes. The "express" part of our name means we are always in a bit of a rush, trying to beat the traffic to get things delivered on time. It does not always work out because of the Bangalore roads, but we try. We don't have any high-tech sorting machines, just us reading the labels and putting them in the right piles. The staff is local, and we’ve been working out of this Gangadhar Chetty Road spot for a good while. We see the same delivery guys every day and have a good rhythm going. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting boxes and checking addresses. Sometimes the handwriting on the packages is hard to read and we have to call people to clarify. It’s just a normal, busy office trying to keep the deliveries moving through the city. We keep the kettle on and just work through the stack of parcels.
