Trafomec India Magnetics Pvt Ltd is based out at number 98 in Anekal Taluk. It’s in the Charkop area. It’s a bit further out than some of the other businesses in the city, so it’s a little quieter here, which we actually prefer. There’s more space around the buildings compared to the cramped city center. Our facility is pretty straightforward and practical. We have the workshop area and then some separate space for the office work. It’s a lot of metal and tools and various parts lying around on the benches. We’ve been in Anekal for a good stretch of time now. The roads out here aren't always the best, especially when it rains and things get muddy. We have a small crew and everyone knows each other well. It’s not like those big companies where you don’t even know your neighbor’s name. We wear regular work clothes and don’t worry too much about looking polished for anyone. The building is functional. It’s got high ceilings and it stays relatively cool even in the summer. We spend most of our time dealing with the equipment or checking through the latest orders. Sometimes the power goes out in this area, so we just wait it out or use the generator to keep going. It’s a practical way of living and working. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just do the work that needs to be done. Most of the people working here live nearby and we see them every day.
