Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt Ltd has a couple of different spots where we do our work. We have an office in Delhi at 123B, Sfs, New Gulabi Bagh, and another place down in Bangalore on Hutchins Road. Having these two locations means we are always shuffling between different environments. The Delhi office in Gulabi Bagh has that classic busy North Delhi feel, while the Bangalore spot in St. Thomas Town is a bit more laid back but still very focused on the motor industry. We handle a lot of the logistical and technical side of things for the vehicles. It is mostly just paperwork, coordinating with different departments, and making sure the motor parts and services are being handled correctly. We aren't a showroom with shiny cars on display; we are more of the behind-the-scenes crew. Our desks are covered in schedules and inventory lists. In Bangalore, the 5600048 area is pretty nice with a lot of trees around the 3rd Cross, which makes for a pleasant walk during the lunch break. In Delhi, the pace is a bit faster. We have staff in both cities who just want to do their jobs well without a lot of corporate fuss. We don’t have big mission statements on the walls. We just have a lot of work to do and two different cities to do it in. It can be a bit hectic managing both, but we have a good system in place for it.
