Total Strategic

Total Strategic is based at 47 Hindustan Aeronautits limited 2nd Stage, quite close to the Nal Compound. It’s a solid area to be in, and we’ve been here for a while now. The building is simple, and our office is even simpler. We don’t have any of that modern minimalist decor. Instead, we have shelves full of books and files that we actually use. The space feels lived-in. There’s a certain rhythm to working near the Nal Compound. You get used to the sounds of the nearby industry and the traffic. We spend our mornings planning things out and the afternoons trying to make those plans work. It’s a small group of us, so there isn't a lot of hierarchy or red tape. If something needs doing, one of us just grabs it and gets started. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee and occasionally argue over whose turn it is to buy milk. It’s that kind of place. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby or shiny signs. We just want to do the work and do it right. The windows look out onto the street, and it’s nice to see the neighborhood go about its business while we sit at our desks. It feels like a real job in a real place, which is all we really want. We keep things basic and focus on the day ahead.
