We’re tucked away in Indranagar, specifically on 10th Cross in HAL 2nd Stage. It’s a nice part of Bangalore, though finding parking on our street can be a nightmare sometimes. We call ourselves Total Solutions, but mostly we just handle IT support and software fixes for the offices nearby. We’re in building 101. It’s a relaxed place. We don't wear suits or have long meetings about synergy or anything like that. We usually just have our heads down at our desks, trying to figure out why a server is acting up or fixing a bug in some code. The office has a few old coffee mugs and plenty of tangled cables lying around. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now and we like the local cafes for our lunch breaks. It’s a mix of old houses and new offices around here. We aren't the biggest firm in the city, but we’re reliable. If someone has a tech problem, they just give us a call or drop by. We don't bother with fancy brochures or expensive ads. Most of our day is just solving one small problem after another until the clock hits six. It’s good work and we enjoy the challenge of a difficult project once in a while. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to keep the computers running smoothly for the folks who rely on us. It’s a decent way to spend the day.
