Toolcraft System Pvt Ltd has been based at A-05 in the Jalahalli Hmt Industrial Estate for quite a long time now. It’s a busy corner of the estate. Most days we are just buried in the machines and the noise of the workshop. The place isn't anything fancy to look at, just a practical space where we get the manufacturing work done. We deal with various metal parts and industrial systems every single day. The workshop gets pretty loud once the morning shift starts up. We have a handful of guys who have been working here for years. They know these machines inside and out, better than anyone else. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate or a delivery is running late, but we just manage it and keep going. Jalahalli has a lot of history and being part of this industrial area feels right for what we do. We don't spend much time sitting at desks or writing things down. We much prefer being out on the floor with the tools. It’s dusty and there is oil on the ground in spots, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. We take the orders as they come in and try to stay on top of the schedule. If you walk past A-05 early in the morning, you will see the shutters are already up. We don't have big signs or flashy lights. It is just a regular workshop where people work hard.
