Out in Peenya Industrial Area, specifically at the 4th Phase on 12th Cross, is where you’ll find Tool Grinding Technologies Inc. We occupy a pretty decent space across Plots 467 to 469. Peenya is a busy place, and there’s always the sound of metal hitting metal or engines running in the distance. Our workshop is usually full of the smell of cutting oil and the sound of grinding wheels. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We spend our days making sure tools are sharp and precise. There’s no point in having a fancy office when the real work happens on the floor. Most of us have calloused hands and we aren't afraid to get a bit of grease on our clothes. We’ve got some heavy machinery in there, and keeping it all running takes up a lot of our time. Sometimes we stay late when a difficult job comes in, just to make sure it gets finished. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just rely on the fact that we know how to grind tools. If you come by, expect to see people focused on their machines. It might be a bit loud, and we might have to shout over the equipment to say hi, but that’s just how it is in a real shop like ours. Our boots are usually covered in metal shavings by the end of the shift. We aren't trying to be anything other than a solid grinding shop. The lights in the back sometimes flicker, but as long as the machines are running smooth, we don't worry too much about it. It’s a good, honest way to spend the day.
