Timken India Limited is tucked away at 39-42 Electronic City Phase Ii Hosur Road. It’s a big area, and we occupy a decent stretch of it. Being out here in Electronic City means there’s always something going on around us. The traffic on Hosur Road can be a real nightmare some days, but we’re used to it by now. Inside our gates, it’s all about the machinery and the precision of what we make. It’s a lot of metal and oil and heavy equipment hum. We aren't really the type to talk about ourselves much or put on a show. We just show up, do the work, and head home to our families. The facility is quite large, and it takes a while to walk from one end to the other. We have a lot of different shifts running, so there’s almost always someone here at 39-42. It’s practical work that requires a lot of attention to detail. We don't have any flashy slogans or mission statements posted on every single wall. We just focus on the actual components we’re building. It gets loud sometimes, and the air smells like a proper workshop, but that’s just how it is. We’ve been part of this industrial landscape for a long time. People around here know the Timken name, mostly because they see our staff coming and going every day for their shifts.
