We are set up in the Concorde Tower, right near the Bangalore GPO at number 24. Being so close to the General Post Office means we are right in the heart of things. It’s an old part of the city but the tower itself is a bit more modern. Working here means you’re always around the hustle of the city center. You can see the traffic and the crowds moving down below from the windows. Our office is a straightforward space. We’ve got desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a few plants that we try to keep alive. It’s not a place that feels like a polished magazine cover. It feels like a real office where people actually work. We have our morning routine of getting the computers started and making some coffee before the phones start ringing. The location is the main thing; it’s easy for everyone to get to because of all the buses and the central point. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud, especially during the festivals or protests that happen near the GPO, but we just close the windows and carry on. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We don’t have a big fancy lobby with a fountain or anything like that. We just have our space, our work, and the daily city life happening right outside our front door.
