Thejo Engineering Services

We are located at 41 Peenya in Naupada. Peenya is a huge industrial area, so there is always a lot of activity, dust, and the sound of trucks. Our place is pretty typical for this part of town. We provide engineering services, which basically means we spend our time solving technical problems and fixing things that have broken down. The workshop floor is where most of the life happens. We have a lot of heavy equipment and there is usually a layer of fine dust on everything no matter how much we sweep. It’s the kind of place where you learn something new every day because every job is a bit different. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team. If you call, you’re going to talk to one of the people who actually works on the machines. We eat our lunch together in the small break area and talk about what needs to happen in the afternoon. It gets pretty hot during the summer months, but we have some big industrial fans that help a bit. The roads around Peenya can be rough, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been here long enough that we know the other shop owners on the block. It’s a tight-knit community of workers. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay busy.
