Telus Solutions Pvt Ltd is based in the Ansa Industrial Estate on Saki Vihar Road. We are at unit number 1320. Being in HSR Layout means there is always a lot of movement and traffic right outside our gates. It’s an industrial area, so you hear trucks and machines throughout the day. Our office is a practical space where we get our work done. It isn’t a place for showing off. We have some desks, chairs that have been around for years, and a small area where we make tea. Most of our days are spent on the phone or working on the computers. We are a small group of people who have worked together for a long time. The commute along Saki Vihar Road can be a real headache in the evenings, but we are used to it by now. We don't have any big mission statements or posters on the walls. We just focus on the tasks that come in each morning. It’s a quiet environment once you get inside and shut the door. We handle various service requests and try to stay on top of the paperwork. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do, and other times we finish up and head home early if it’s slow. It’s just a normal workplace. We’ve been in this unit for several years and it suits our needs just fine.
