Teamwork Apparels Pvt Ltd is situated in the V.K Ramanna Block of Nandini Layout. We are in the Ramakrishnappa Building, specifically on the 1st A Cross at 78/9. It’s a pretty residential-feeling area, but there’s a lot of small-scale work happening in the buildings around us. Since we handle apparels, you’ll often see bundles of cloth or some samples lying around the office. It’s not a showroom; it’s more of a place where the actual work gets organized. We have a few sewing machines in one area and then some desks for the paperwork. The building itself is quite sturdy and has that typical Bangalore look. We don't have a big corporate lobby. You just come up the stairs and you’re in the middle of it. The weather in Bangalore is usually good, so we keep the windows open to let the breeze in. It saves on the electricity bill too. Most of our staff lives nearby, so there’s a lot of local Kannada being spoken around the office. We take our tea breaks together and talk about whatever is going on in the neighborhood. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just try to finish the orders on time and keep things moving. It’s been a good journey so far in this little corner of Bangalore and we hope it stays that way.
