Smartanglers

We’re located at 165, in a house called "Minchu" on 11th Cross in the Ideal Homes Society Township. It’s in Rajarajeshwarinagar, which is a nice, green part of Bangalore. Being in a township like this makes the work day feel a bit more relaxed than being in the middle of a city center with all the noise. Smartanglers is our little project. We don’t have a massive office with glass walls or a receptionist. It’s more of a home-style setup where we can really focus on what we’re doing without too many distractions. We spend a lot of time on our computers, but we also step outside for a bit of air when the weather is good. The neighbors know us as the quiet ones who are always working on something. We don't have a big sign outside or any flashy lights. We like it that way. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people finding us through friends. We aren't interested in being the biggest company in India. We just want to do work that we can be proud of without all the corporate stress and meetings. Our days are pretty simple. We start with some tea, check our messages, and then dive into the tasks for the day. Sometimes we work late if a project is nearing the end and we want to get it right. It’s just a handful of us here, and we get along well. We don't have fancy titles or big speeches. We just work.
