Tayal Enterprises

You can find Tayal Enterprises at 2/25, Sarai Julena. We are right on Okhla Road, very close to New Friends Colony. It’s a busy spot in Delhi and the traffic outside is almost never silent. Our office is a bit cramped because we have so many files and samples taking up the space. We’ve been operating from this building for years and we know all the other shop owners on the street. It’s a family-run kind of feel. We don't have a reception desk or a uniform. When you walk in, you’ll probably see someone on the phone arguing about a delivery or checking a ledger. There is a lot of back-and-forth with suppliers and customers all day long. We keep a kettle in the corner for making tea for anyone who drops by. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint but we are usually too busy to get around to it. We deal with a lot of different items and the inventory changes every week. It’s a lot of talking, writing down orders, and making sure the math is right at the end of the day. We don't use any fancy software for everything; a lot of it is still done the old way. It works for us and our customers seem to prefer it that way too. It’s just a regular business day here.
