We are located at number 74 on 13th Cross in Mahalakshmi Layout. It’s a pretty well-known part of Bangalore. Our setup is simple and we’ve been here for a while. It’s not one of those huge buildings you see downtown. It’s just a regular place where we do our daily work. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we know the area well. We don’t really do big advertising or anything like that. Most folks find us because they live in the layout or someone told them about us. The street can get a bit crowded with parked cars, but that’s just how it is here. Inside, it’s just us working on whatever needs to be done for the day. We deal with various things depending on who walks through the door. It’s a bit informal. You won’t find people in suits here. We prefer it that way because it makes everything feel more relaxed. We keep our hours pretty steady. If you’re coming from the main road, just look for the 13th Cross sign. We’ve seen many shops come and go around here, but we’ve managed to stay put. It’s a decent place to work. We don't use any fancy systems, just the basics to keep things moving along. Sometimes we sit outside for a tea break when it’s not too busy. It’s just a normal local business doing its thing.
