Taib Capital Corporation Ltd is based on the 9th floor of the Prestige Meridian building, at 910 Mahathma Gandhi Road. We are right in the Inner Market area of Sector 8. Being up on the 9th floor gives us a bit of a view, though we are usually too busy looking at our desks to notice it much. The building is quite a landmark in this part of town, so it’s easy for people to find us. MG Road is always humming with activity, and it can be a bit overwhelming sometimes with all the traffic and noise. Inside the office, it’s a standard setup with plenty of desks and a small area for coffee. We handle capital and financial matters, which involves a lot of reading through documents and working on computers. It’s not the kind of work that has a lot of drama, but it keeps us on our toes. We are a small team and we’ve been working together here for several years. We don't really go for the polished corporate image you see in magazines. Our office looks like a place where people actually work, with papers piled up and people moving around. We usually grab a bite to eat at one of the stalls in the market downstairs. It’s a busy life being in the center of the city, but we like the energy of it. We just focus on our day-to-day work.
