Synthesis Winding Technologies is located at number 95 on 5th Cross in Electronics City. Being in this part of Bangalore means we’re surrounded by a lot of tech companies, but our work is a bit more hands-on. We deal with winding machines and the technical side of making coils and motors. It’s a lot of precise work, but the atmosphere in the shop is pretty relaxed. We aren't a high-pressure corporate office with people in suits. Most of us are in work clothes, dealing with wires and mechanical parts all day. The traffic in Electronics City can be a real headache, but once we’re inside the building, we just focus on the machines. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the area change a lot. Our setup is straightforward. We have the space we need for assembly and testing. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy presentations. If someone wants to see what we do, they usually just come by the shop and we show them the machines we’re working on. It’s about the nuts and bolts of the equipment. We have a small group of people who really understand how these winding processes work. We just keep our heads down, do the assembly, and make sure everything is ready when it needs to be. It’s a busy life, but it’s good work that keeps us on our toes and the days go by fast.
