Synthesis Winding Technologies Pvt Ltd

The shop is over at 14/A Shantipur Road, right in the Electronic City area. Synthesis Winding Technologies is the name on the door, but we mostly just think of it as the place where we spend our long hours. We work on winding tech, which basically means a lot of copper wire and tension settings. It’s tedious sometimes, making sure every coil is wrapped just the way it should be without any overlaps. The traffic on S D Road can be a real headache in the afternoons, especially when we’re waiting on a shipment to arrive. Inside, it’s mostly the hum of the machines and someone usually has a radio playing in the corner, though you can barely hear it over the equipment. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks, some workbenches, and a lot of spools. We’ve been at this location for a bit, and the routine stays pretty much the same day to day. We start early, check the schedules, and get to the winding. There’s always someone checking a gauge or fixing a lead. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of materials coming in at once, but we make it work. Most of the guys have been here a long time and know the machines better than they know their own cars. It’s just regular work for regular people on Shantipur Road. We don't do much besides keep our heads down and finish the coils.
