We’ve been here at Lakshmi Chamber in Kundalahalli for a good while now. It's on the second floor of C Block in the AECS Layout. Most people know the area well since it's a busy part of Bangalore. Synergy Business Solutions India Pvt Ltd is just a small team of us working out of this office on 1st Main. We deal with business stuff, mostly back-end things that other companies need help with. It’s not a fancy setup, just some desks, computers, and a lot of coffee. We show up every morning, get through the lists, and try to make sure everything runs the way it’s supposed to. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to that. Being in Kundalahalli makes it easy for us to get around. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just doing the work that comes in. If you are looking for the place, you just look for the Lakshmi Chamber building. It is easy to find if you are coming from the main road. The stairs can be a bit steep but the office itself is decent enough for what we do. We’ve had the same people working here for years. We know each other's habits and how the day usually goes. It's a regular job for us and we take it one day at a time. Nothing too complicated about how we run things here.
