You can find Swashamtaa Foundation out in Whitefield, specifically at Villa 274 inside Prestige Ozone on Vartur Main Road. It’s a pretty quiet spot compared to the rest of Bangalore. Living and working here means we see a lot of the same faces every day. We aren't a big organization with hundreds of employees. It’s more of a local effort. We moved into this space because it felt right for the kind of work we wanted to do. Most days, we’re just sitting around the table planning out the next week or handling phone calls. The traffic on Vartur Main Road can be a real headache, so we try to get most things done without having to head out too much during peak hours. It's a simple operation, really. We don't spend money on glossy brochures or big advertisements. We’d rather just put that time into the actual projects we have going on. Whitefield has changed a lot lately, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. We like it that way. If someone stops by, they'll see a lot of papers, some laptops, and probably some half-finished cups of tea. It's not a showroom. It’s just where we work. We focus on the tasks we've set for ourselves and try to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. It’s just us doing our bit from this villa in 560066.
