Swamy & Guru Associates

Our office is tucked away in Nagarbhavi, specifically over in the 1st Block on D.V.G. Road. It’s a busy spot, and finding a place to park your scooter can be a real headache some mornings. We have been at number 67 for a long time, and the building has seen better days, but it serves its purpose for what we do. Inside, there are a lot of files and old cupboards that we really should organize better, but we always seem to be too busy with the current work to worry about the archives. Swamy usually gets in early to beat the heat, and Guru is the one who handles most of the people who walk in without an appointment. It’s not a corporate setup with glass walls or anything. We have some old fans that creak a bit, and the tea guy comes by at eleven and four. Most of our clients are just neighbors or people who heard about us from someone else in the area. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just looking over papers. The traffic noise from the main road comes right through the windows, but you get used to it after a week or so. It’s just a regular place where we try to get things done without too much trouble. If the door is open, we’re usually there, unless we stepped out for a quick lunch at the place around the corner.
