Our office is at No 79/A Nayandahalli Krishna Nagar Road 1st Floor Siddalingeshwara complex Opp Government Hospital. It is a busy part of town and finding a parking spot for the big trucks can be a real headache some mornings. We have been working out of this space for a while now. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, so we get our exercise for the day just moving back and forth. Inside, it is mostly stacks of paperwork and boxes waiting to be sorted. Surfair Express Cargo & Logistics isn't some giant corporation with hundreds of people. We are a small crew trying to keep things moving. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking where drivers are or why a shipment is stuck somewhere. It can get stressful when things don't go according to plan, but that is just the nature of logistics. We try to be honest with people about the timings because there is no point in making promises the traffic won't let us keep. The government hospital across the way is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. We mostly just keep our heads down and work through the pile of manifests. It is dusty and noisy outside, but inside we just focus on the parcels. We have a couple of fans running to keep the heat away, and we just get on with it. There's usually some chai waiting on the table too.
