You’ll find Surface Improvements (India) Ltd at 179/2 Kanakapura Road, Mill Corner. We are located right opposite the Khodays Glass Factory, which is a big landmark around here. Our place is quite busy most days, with a lot of movement involving different materials and surfaces. It’s an industrial setup, so expect some dust and the sound of heavy machinery. We’ve been operating from this location for many years. It isn’t a glamorous job. Most of our time is spent overseeing the processes and making sure the surfaces come out the way they are supposed to. The building itself is older, with high ceilings and big doors to let the trucks in and out. We have a small team of workers who have been with us for a long time. We don’t really do much in the way of advertising. Most of our business comes from long-standing relationships with people in the industry. The traffic on Kanakapura Road can be quite a headache, especially during the morning rush. We usually start our day early to get ahead of it. There’s always a lot of cleaning to do, as the work we do can get a bit messy. We don't have a polished showroom or anything like that. It’s just a functional workspace where we get things done. We take pride in the fact that we’ve stayed in business this long by just doing the work. It’s a straightforward operation, and we like it that way.
