You can find us at No.475 on the first floor, right near Jyothi Nivas College. Surf Air Express Cargo & Logistics is right there in the Khb Colony part of Koramangala 5th Block. It's a lively neighborhood, usually full of students and people grabbing coffee. Our space is usually piled up with boxes and crates waiting to go out. We handle cargo and logistics, which mostly means a lot of lifting and tracking. It’s not the quietest office because there’s always a tape dispenser running or someone moving a pallet. We started out small and stayed in this area because it’s easy for people to drop by. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep when you're carrying a heavy parcel, but we're used to it by now. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything. It’s just desks, packing materials, and us. We spend most of our day on the phone or checking where the vans are. Sometimes the 5th Block traffic makes it hard for the bigger trucks to turn the corner, so we have to coordinate everything carefully. We just try to keep things simple and make sure the packages don't sit around for too long. It’s steady work, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the local shopkeepers over the years. We keep the doors open and just keep moving.
