Surana College

Surana College has its campus at 9A, 7th B Cross in Bangalore, Karnataka. We are right in the heart of things here, and the atmosphere is usually pretty lively because of all the students. It is an educational institution, so our days are governed by the sound of bells and the chatter in the hallways between classes. The building has been part of the neighborhood for a long time, and you can tell by the way the walls look and the way the trees have grown up around the entrance. We aren't trying to be a fancy international school; we are just a local college providing a place for young people to learn and get their degrees. The faculty rooms are usually piled high with papers and books, which is exactly how a college should be, I think. We have a small canteen area where everyone gathers, and the energy there is always high. Outside on 7th B Cross, you’ll see students hanging out or rushing to get to their next lecture on time. Our focus is really just on the day-to-day teaching and making sure the students have what they need to pass their exams. It can be a bit chaotic during admissions or finals week, but mostly it is just a steady flow of learning. We take pride in being a reliable part of the Bangalore education scene for many years.
