Suraksha Poly Clinic

Our clinic is right at No.14/1 on the Hb Samaja Link Road in Gandhi Bazaar. It’s a very familiar spot in Basavanagudi, especially being right opposite the Food World. That helps people find us pretty easily when they’re out doing their shopping. Suraksha Poly Clinic is a small place where we have a few different doctors coming in at different times throughout the week. The waiting room isn’t very big, so it can feel a bit cramped on Monday mornings when everyone seems to need a checkup at the same time. We’ve got some old chairs and a lot of magazines that nobody really reads anymore. The front desk handles the appointments, though people often just walk in to see if a doctor is free. It’s a typical neighborhood clinic vibe. We don’t go for anything fancy or high-end here. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the equipment is kept clean and that’s what matters most for the work we do. We see a lot of the same faces from the surrounding streets coming in for their blood pressure checks or just a quick consultation. Being in Basavanagudi means there’s always noise from the street outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s about making sure the people who live around Gandhi Bazaar have a place to go nearby. We keep a simple schedule and try to stick to it every day.
