Tele Care

Tele Care is situated right on the Uttarahalli Main Road in Padmanabhanagar, over in Banashankari 2nd Stage. It’s a busy junction around here and there is always a lot of movement. The shop is basically a small room filled with tools and phone parts. We focus mostly on getting things fixed. People are always in a hurry in this part of town, so they drop off their phones and ask us to have it ready by the evening. The counter is usually cluttered with different models of phones and little screws that I have to keep track of. We don't have any big marketing or signs, just the name Tele Care above the door which has faded a bit over the years. The chair for the customers is a bit wobbly but nobody seems to mind. We talk to everyone who comes in, mostly about how phones don't last as long as they used to. The traffic noise from Uttarahalli road is constant, but you get used to it after a week or two. It’s a simple setup. I open up around ten in the morning and stay until late evening. There’s a tea stall right next door which is convenient for when things get stressful with a difficult repair. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Banashankari, just a reliable place where you can get your phone looked at without any fuss.
