Our workshop is at 352 on the 1st Cross of Muragesh Mudaliyar Road in Peenya. We are a CNC manufacturing outfit, which means we spend a lot of time looking at screens and listening to the whine of cutting tools. CNC work is all about the details and making sure the machines are calibrated just right. The shop floor is filled with the smell of coolant and the sound of metal being shaved away. It’s a specialized kind of work, but we keep it pretty simple in terms of how we run the place. We are located in a busy part of Peenya, so there’s always something happening outside our doors. Our team is small, mostly made up of operators who have been doing this since the manual lathe days. We don’t have a big corporate office or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find the owner on the shop floor checking a part or talking to one of the guys. We just try to get the parts done according to the drawings we are given. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we spend the whole day fixing it, but that is just how it goes in manufacturing. It is a practical business where we value a well-made part over any kind of fancy marketing language. We just keep our heads down, watch the dimensions, and keep the machines running until the job is done for the day.
