Super Tech Rubber Products is right here on Site No- 76/9/B in the Doddanna Industrial Estate. If you’ve ever been to Peenya, you know it’s like a maze of roads and small factories. We are on the 3rd Cross in the 2nd Stage. It’s a tight spot, and parking a big vehicle can be a real headache some days. The smells around here are always a mix of metal and burnt rubber, which I guess is just what happens in an area like this. We have been in this building for some time now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we usually prioritize fixing a machine or getting a shipment out over how the office looks. It gets pretty loud during the day with all the other units nearby doing their own thing. You can hear hammers and drills from across the street. We usually have the radio playing in the background to drown out some of the racket. There’s a small shop nearby that sells snacks and cigarettes where everyone gathers around five o'clock. It’s a hard-working neighborhood. We don’t have fancy meetings or anything like that; we just talk over the machines or while we’re loading up the tempo. Being in Peenya means you’re part of a giant machine yourself, and we’re just one small piece of it at our site.
