Our place is on Lalbagh Road, 1st Cross. It is called Avinash Mansion, number 16/4. To find us, you just look for Poornima Theatre or the Hero Honda service station across the street. We’ve been moving people’s belongings for a long time now. Moving house is a messy, stressful business, and we see it every day. Our office is usually full of empty cardboard boxes and rolls of bubble wrap. It’s not very organized, but we know where everything is. Most of the guys on the team have been with us for years. They are the ones doing the heavy lifting and driving the trucks through the narrow lanes of the city. We don't really do much advertising. People usually just call because they saw our trucks parked somewhere or they know someone we helped move. We’ve seen all sorts of items, from old pianos to tiny kitchen gadgets. It’s a tiring job because the traffic on Lalbagh Road is always a mess and loading the trucks takes a lot of energy. We try to be careful with the furniture, but things happen when you’re moving stuff up three flights of stairs. We aren't a big corporate chain. We are just a local moving crew trying to get from point A to point B without too much trouble. It keeps us on our feet and we get to see a lot of different parts of the city.
