Sunrise Mahcine Tools Corporation

We operate Sunrise Mahcine Tools Corporation from the second floor at 19 Sadar Patrappa Road. We are in the 1st N Block, right near where the State Bank of Mysore used to be. It’s a busy area, especially with the 19th Main Road nearby. Our office is up a flight of narrow stairs that are a bit steep. We deal in various types of machine tools. Most of what we have is heavy, so getting it up and down from the second floor is always a bit of a chore. We’ve thought about moving to a ground-floor spot, but we’ve been here so long that everyone knows where to find us. The office is full of old catalogs and samples. There’s a big desk where we sit and talk to customers who come by. It’s not a very modern space; the paint is peeling in the corners and we have an old ceiling fan that clicks constantly. But it’s comfortable for us. We know our tools and we know our suppliers. We spend a lot of time checking specifications and making sure we’re getting the right equipment for people. We don't have a big corporate team, just a small group of us who have worked together for years. We aren't looking to expand into a giant company. We’re happy just being a known spot where people can find what they need for their workshops. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy.
