Sunitrans Logistics is located at 95 E/1 on the Konena Agrahara Main Road. If you know the road, you know it’s a major artery for the city. We’re right in the middle of all that movement. Logistics is basically just moving things from point A to point B, but it’s a lot more complicated when you’re actually doing it. There’s a lot of coordination involved. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers and checking where shipments are. Sometimes things get delayed because of rain or a breakdown, and then we have to scramble to fix the schedule. The office on Main Road gets quite noisy from all the buses and cars outside. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations. It’s a practical workspace because that’s what we need. We’ve got computers for tracking and a lot of logbooks. The team here is used to the fast pace. It’s not the kind of job where you just sit back and relax. There’s always a delivery that needs attention or a client asking for an update. We’ve been in Konena Agrahara for a while, so we know the local area well. It’s a tough business because people want their stuff yesterday, but we do what we can with the time we have. Every day is a bit different depending on what’s being shipped and where it’s going.
