Sundar Hospital

Our hospital is right near the railway gate on Hennur Main Road in Lingarajapuram. If you live around here, you know exactly how loud it gets when the train passes by and the traffic builds up. We are at numbers 1 and 2, and the location is quite convenient for the people living in this part of Bangalore. The clinic is usually humming with activity from early morning until late at night. We have a lot of different rooms for different needs, but it’s not a giant maze like those corporate hospitals in the city center. It’s a bit more down-to-earth here. The staff spends a lot of time on their feet, walking between the wards and the front office. We keep our records in big folders and there is always someone looking for a specific file. The atmosphere is pretty casual but we take the work seriously. You might see us grabbing a quick tea at the stall nearby when there's a break in the crowds. We have a lot of regular faces coming in from the Lingarajapuram area who have been using this hospital since it opened. It’s a busy, sometimes messy, but very real place. We don't use fancy brochures to talk about ourselves. We just show up, open the gates, and help the people who are waiting outside. The sound of the railway gate is just part of our daily life here, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
