Sumukha Merchants Finance Company

We have been running Sumukha Merchants Finance Company for a while now from our spot at 1931/A Yelahanka New Town Bus Stand Road. It is always busy outside because of the buses coming and going all day long. You can hear the conductors shouting and the engines idling right from our front door. Most of the people who walk in are local shopkeepers from the market area nearby who just need a bit of help with their daily accounts or some cash flow for their stock. We sit at our desks with a lot of ledgers and calculators, and there is usually a stack of folders waiting to be sorted. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. We have some plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait their turn. The fan overhead makes a bit of noise but it keeps the air moving. My cousin helps me with the paperwork and sometimes we get tea from the stall across the street when things get quiet in the afternoon. People know us by name around here because we have stayed in the same place for years. We don't really do big advertisements. Usually, someone just tells their neighbor about us and they show up looking for the office near the bus stand. It’s a simple way of working but it keeps us busy from morning until we close up the shutters at night.
