Sumadhra Constructions

Sumadhra Constructions is tucked away near Marathahalli, specifically at Janki Corner, off Tilak Road 43. It’s a pretty lively area with a lot of people moving around. We’ve been doing construction here for a while. Our office isn't anything special, just a place where we keep our tools and paperwork. We spend most of our time out on the field, looking at foundations and walls. Construction has its own rhythm. You can't rush the concrete drying or the inspectors coming by. We deal with all the local suppliers and try to get the best materials we can find. It’s a lot of haggling and phone calls. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate and we lose a few days, but that's just part of the game. We don't have a receptionist or a big waiting room. If you come by, you'll probably just find us drinking tea and looking at site plans. We take on various projects and each one has its own set of headaches. But we like seeing a building take shape from nothing. It’s honest work. Marathahalli is a crowded place, so managing logistics here can be a bit of a nightmare with the narrow roads. We just manage it one day at a time. No fancy slogans, just a group of people building things in the neighborhood. We've been here long enough to know how things work in this part of town.
