You can find us at 63/A in the Bommasandra Industrial Area. We are on Wood Street, which isn't as leafy as the name suggests. It's mostly other factories and warehouses around here. At Suma Springs Pvt Ltd, our daily routine is pretty consistent. We arrive, get the machines warmed up, and start going through the orders for the day. There is always a rhythmic sound of metal being shaped. It becomes like background noise after a while. The floor is concrete and can be hard on your feet if you don't wear the right shoes. We have a small office tucked in the front where the paperwork gets handled. It’s usually piled high with invoices and shipping manifests. The guys in the back are usually covered in a bit of grease by the time lunch rolls around. We have a little area where we sit down to eat, usually talking about the cricket score or local stuff. It gets pretty hot under the tin roof in the summer months, so we have a couple of big fans blowing all day. They don't do much, but they help a little. We don’t spend money on fancy signs or advertising. Most of our neighbors know us just by being here for so long. It’s a straightforward setup. We make things, we pack them, and we send them out. That’s about it for our life here on Wood Street.
