You can find me over at 45 Palace Road on the second floor. It’s right near Mount Carmel School, so in the mornings and afternoons, the street gets really busy with all the parents and those big yellow buses. My office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where I get my daily work done. I’ve been here for a good amount of time now. People usually come by when they have questions or need help with some specific documents. I like being on the second floor because I can see what’s going on outside, but it’s far enough from the road that it’s not too noisy to think. It’s just me and a bit of help sometimes. I don't go in for fancy furniture or big signs. Most of my visitors are people who have been coming to me for years or their friends and family. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. I keep regular hours, but sometimes I’m out for a bit at a meeting, so people usually call first before coming over. The building is older, which I like. It has some character and thick walls. If you're coming from the school side, it’s just a short walk up. I try to make sure everyone who comes in feels like they’re being listened to properly. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what I do. Palace Road is a nice part of the city to be in most of the time.
