Sthavara Projects

Down in Srirampuram, tucked away on the 2nd Main and 3rd Cross of Nagappa Block, you’ll find us at Sthavara Projects. It’s a quiet enough corner compared to the main roads, and we like it that way. We’ve been working out of this spot at number 3 for quite some time now. Our office is usually filled with rolls of paper and the smell of old files. We don't spend much time sitting around though. Most of the time, we are out in the sun at various project sites around the block or in the nearby lanes. Building things in a crowded place like Srirampuram has its own set of problems, like narrow roads and trying to get a truck through at 6 AM. We deal with all that stuff so the owners don't have to. It’s not a glamorous life, mostly just checking levels and making sure the concrete mix is right. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. We don’t do big TV ads or have a shiny website. Most people find us because they saw a house we worked on down the street. It’s just practical building work. We show up, we do the job, and we go home. That’s how we’ve always done it here in Nagappa Block. It’s simple, and it works for us and the people who hire us.
