Stellar Engineering

Our workshop is located at A67-A in the 1st Cross of the Rajajinagar Industrial Estate. It’s a busy area and the sound of machines from the neighbors is something you just stop hearing after a few weeks of working here. We focus on engineering jobs that come our way from the surrounding businesses and some bigger factories further out. The space we have isn't exactly modern but it has all the lathes and drills we need to get through the daily list. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and trying to figure out how to make a part fit right. It’s mostly just three or four of us here on any given day. The floors are concrete and they’ve seen better days but they hold up the heavy equipment just fine. We don't really do much in the way of advertising because people in the estate just know where we are. Usually, someone walks in through the open front door and asks if we can fix a bracket or turn a specific piece of metal. We say yes or no based on how much work is already piled up on the benches. In the afternoons, the sun hits the tin roof and it gets warm, so we usually open the back windows to get a bit of a breeze. It’s just regular work that needs to be done with some patience. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make parts that work as they should for the people who pay us for them.
