We are located in Mittal Towers on M G Road, specifically in the B Wing at No. 317. M G Road is always packed with people and the noise from the street definitely reaches us up here. It is a standard office setup with computers, a few filing cabinets, and a very old water cooler that makes a loud sound every hour. We spend our days coordinating shipping schedules and talking to people at the docks. There is a lot of back and forth with emails and phone calls. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is what we know. The office can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we usually keep the windows shut against the dust. We deal with ships and containers and all the headaches that come with ocean transport. Sometimes a ship is late and everyone gets a bit stressed, but that is just part of the deal. We have some faded photos of vessels on the wall, mostly because they came with the frames. People come and go, delivering documents or just dropping off mail. It is a very normal place with regular people working hard. We don't have a mission statement hanging up or anything like that. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and head home when the sun goes down. It is just shipping and trying to stay on top of the pile of folders.
